GRID Impact’s hybrid methodology meets organizations and people where they are. We combine the rigor of behavioral science with creative, collaborative, iterative process of human-centered design for impactful results. Our integration of behavioral insights into research and design process results in context-specific products, programs and services, that respond to how humans actually behave in their environments.

Understanding the context
Our discovery activities rely on immersive research to analyze human behavior – both decisions and actions – and the factors that prevent individuals from adopting and using new processes or technologies. We use a variety of participatory tools to gain a deeper understanding of the audience, drawing on in-depth interviews, behavioral mapping, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and other techniques to focus on a specific population.
