Fay works at the intersection of gender, technology, and systems design. Her past work has focused on closing the gender digital divide, integrating AI into higher education and non-profit organizations in emerging markets, and building inclusive technology ecosystems across Africa and beyond.
She currently leads THE FORGE® at UM6P in Morocco, where she designs and runs the university’s flagship venture acceleration program, leading a high-powered team, and helping founders and institutions turn big ideas into operational reality (with fewer buzzwords and more execution).
Originally from the U.S. and also a Canadian citizen, Fay has been living in Morocco since 2017, working across entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and capacity building with universities, startups, investors, and public-interest organizations.
She believes leading from the heart is the key to ecosystem building, technology should serve people (not the other way around), and most problems are organizational—not technical.
