Molly is the co-founder and managing director of Liminal Advisors, a boutique leadership development, coaching, and systems change advisory firm based in London and the US. Her clients include impact investment funds, high-growth social enterprises, and global systems-change partnerships. She conducts diagnostic and bespoke programmatic design and delivery for organizational clients to improve organizational culture, values, and behaviour-based performance management frameworks, talent, and leadership development pathways. Molly also facilitates partnership and capacity building workshops for global multi-stakeholder initiatives in public health, education, and climate change.
Recent client work includes a systemic diagnostic on ways of working for a global civil society membership organisation, resulting in executive team mandates for decolonisation of decision-making structures and procedures. Advising a leading UK cultural institution on aspects of their culture and partnership practices which replicated colonial power dynamics, even as their community engagement work sought to break free from such patterns of oppression. And designing and delivering yearlong leadership and systems change journeys for cohorts of deputy health commissioners in largest cities in the US, all of whom are under resourced and grappling with the aftermath of the Covid19 pandemic.
Through her partnership with Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA), Molly designs and delivers Adaptive Leadership workshops, retreats, and hybrid (online) programs to diverse cohorts of social change leaders, democratizing leadership by sharing access to mission-driven Adaptive Leadership tools and systems-change approaches. She is also co-lead of the Adaptive Coaching business pillar, providing targeted 1:1 accompaniment to social change actors, deepening their capacity to self-reflect in service of driving lasting impact and systems-change outcomes.
Before starting her own consultancy, Molly was the Head of Talent Development at Acumen, a pioneering social venture fund seeking to change the way the world tackles poverty by investing in companies, leaders, and ideas. At Acumen, she led the design and global implementation of talent and leadership advisory programs and services for the $100M impact fund. Her impact was felt across the globe as enterprises participating in programs she designed and delivered increased their investment in leadership development of their teams by a minimum of 30%. Molly coached CEOs on culture, adaptive leadership, talent development, co-founder and board dynamics and was retained as a team coach to build internal leadership capacity.
Molly’s extensive experience also includes business development, fundraising, and operations management roles in various regions, including India and New York. She is highly regarded for her expertise in programme and organizational design, leadership development, and values-based change management. Her work has resulted in improved employee satisfaction ratings, increased retention rates, and higher investment in talent and leadership development. With her proven track record of generating alignment of purpose and skills, Molly is sought after by clients looking to drive lasting impact and systems-change outcomes.
