Sr. Data Analyst

Morgan Tompkins is a Senior Data Analyst with the GRID Impact Collective, supporting the Women’s Financial Inclusion Segmentation Project in Pakistan. She is also pursuing her PhD in Social Psychology at Stanford University, where her research focuses on identity, dignity, and institutional design and interventions. Previously, she led mixed methods research on financial inclusion interventions in East African contexts at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Nairobi, Kenya. Morgan holds an MSc in Statistics from American University and a BA in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary.
